Sprocket CMMS Web Request Portal
Manage assets anytime, anywhere via the Web
Sprocket CMMS makes it easier than ever to proactively manage assets across a single building or an entire campus of buildings using any Web browser. That means no waiting for manual maintenance requests – and faster, more cost-effective resolution of problems.
Customers, vendors, or clients may log in to Sprocket CMMS software using the intuitive Web Request Portal. They can then create a service request, review previously submitted work, and view scheduled maintenance for their location.
Web Requestor Account Management
Sprocket gives you the flexibility to set up Web Requestor account management a way that best fits your workflow, for example:
- Integrate with LDAP to allow customers to use their own network username and password.
- Provide self-registration and account management that allows web requestors to create their own usernames and passwords and provide contact information.
- Manually create user names and passwords and assign them to the web requestor group.
Customer Portal
The Customer Portal is the first screen Web Requestors will see when they log in to Sprocket CMMS maintenance management software. Display announcements, how-to instructions and general information about your facility's processes and procedures on this customizable screen.
Once logged in to Sprocket CMMS, a Web Requestor may easily create a service request by filling out the new request form that you have designed.
After a service request has been created, your requestors may view the progress of that request at any time by clicking on "My Requests" in Sprocket CMMS software. This screen will show the date the work was requested, current status, and any information you wish to provide. Updates may also be sent to a requestor through a customized email notification that provides the information needed.

Sprocket CMMS for Work Order Management
Take the "work" out of managing work ordersIf your maintenance team is getting bogged down in manually managing work orders instead of getting to the problem at hand, Sprocket can help.
As a key component of the Sprocket CMMS software, Manage Work Orders is an automated feature that makes facilities management even more efficient and proactive. With a click of the mouse, review newly submitted requests, approve or deny requests, create new requests, or post time and materials. Search and group work orders, perform actions (approve, assign, deny, etc.) on a single work order or a batch of work orders. And do it all in a single, intuitive maintenance management system that takes the "work" out of managing work orders.
Streamline work order management with the Sprocket Portal
The Sprocket Portal Page is an overview of work activities that you are responsible for, such as work requiring assignment, estimates, or approvals. Because Sprocket CMMS also serves as a robust Preventative Maintenance software application, you will also be able to review Preventative Maintenance schedules and PMs that have generated. The Portal page can also show announcements created by your system administrator.
Create a work order
Navigate to the "New Work Order" screen where you will select the work type and then the request. Each request can also define required time, tools, materials, and procedures.
